2014 Memorial Regional Medical Center Nursing 5K Challenge
and Kids 1/2 Mile Fun Run

Join us on May 3, 2014 at Pole Green Park to improve your health and the care in your community.

The 2014 MRMC Nursing 5K Challenge will take place at Pole Green Park in Eastern Hanover. The course is an off road path through one of Hanover’s prettiest parks.

To promote fitness with our younger community members we will be starting off the day with the Kid’s 1/2 Mile Challenge, with a special guest appearance from a Movin’ Mania star! Children 4-10 years old are invited to register for our 1/2 mile dash prior to the 5K.  Parents are welcome to run with their children or can wait for them at the finish line.  We hope to incorporate the whole family into our community event.

Online registrations will close Thursday, May 1 at 12:00 p.m. Race day registrations will be available at  Pole Green Park from 7:30-8:30 a.m. prior to the start of the race.

Evelyn D. Reinhart Guest House

Studies show that patients recover faster when loved ones are near. Because our mission is to provide good help to those in need, we want to keep families close. The 14,000-square-foot building, located on the campus of Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital, will have 16 guest rooms and common areas for guests to eat, relax, play, work and pray. Named for Evelyn D. Reinhart, the Guest House is scheduled to open in 2014 thanks to the community's generosity. Click here for more information.
