Program Objective:
This program will provide valuable information to those who care for children in a variety of settings. Topics covered will empower attendees to provide excellent care for pediatric patients. Physicians and nurses will be addressing current, relevant topics in children’s healthcare, as well as innovative ways to care for children in healthcare settings. Additionally, exhibitors will be available to answer questions about products which help those who care for pediatric patients. Click here to see our faculty.
Our planning committee has applied for 6.0 contact hours to be awarded for each day of the conference for a total of 12 contact hours.
Target Audience:
This program is designed for pediatric healthcare providers in critical care, acute care, emergency departments, physician offices, schools and home health settings. These include, but are not limited to, nurses, patient care technicians and students.
Contact Hours:
This activity has been submitted to the Virginia Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours. The Virginia Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Displays:
We are inviting companies and organizations with professionally relevant products, services or career opportunities to display at the conference. The schedule provides time for one on one discussion at each display.
