What does it mean to be a mission-focused organization?

The Foundation fulfills the Bon Secours mission to help those in need — a mission that began in 1824, with 12 nuns in Paris, France. Those first sisters of Bon Secours (which means “good help” in French) believed that through compassion and generosity, they could help change the world. Today, we at the Foundations still believe that.
