William H. Schwarzschild III

Williams Mullen

Prior to joining Williams Mullen in 1975, William H. “Tracy” Schwarzschild III served as general counsel in the Tennessee Energy office in Nashville, Tennessee, where he practiced before the Federal Power Commission, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other federal and state agencies.

He has held directorships for Beth Ahabah Museum, the Maymont Foundation, Theatre IV and the Richmond Symphony. In addition, Schwarzschild has served on the board for Central Fidelity Banks Inc. and the Hebrew Fund for the Aged. He is a member of the Lawrenceville School Alumni Association.
